TaakFlow is een gratis iOS-applicatie ontwikkeld door Vancoillie Studio, een merk van Vancoillie IT Hulp, eigendom van Batiste Vancoillie.
Wij hechten veel waarde aan jouw privacy. Deze privacyverklaring legt helder uit welke gegevens TaakFlow verwerkt (of juist niet verwerkt), hoe jouw data wordt beschermd en welke rechten je hebt als gebruiker.

TaakFlow verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens. De app vereist geen account, geen registratie en geen internetverbinding om te werken.
Alle gegevens die je invoert in de app — zoals taken, projecten, tags en check-ins — worden uitsluitend lokaal op jouw toestel opgeslagen via Apple SwiftData. Er worden geen gegevens naar externe servers, cloudopslag of databases van derden verzonden.
De app biedt de mogelijkheid om optioneel je naam in te stellen. Deze naam wordt uitsluitend lokaal opgeslagen via iOS UserDefaults en wordt nooit verstuurd, gedeeld of op enige andere manier verwerkt buiten jouw toestel.
Er is geen iCloud-synchronisatie aanwezig. Jouw gegevens verlaten het toestel nooit.
De gegevens die je invoert in TaakFlow worden uitsluitend gebruikt om de kernfunctionaliteit van de app mogelijk te maken, waaronder:
Alle verwerking vindt volledig lokaal op jouw toestel plaats. Wij hebben als ontwikkelaar geen toegang tot jouw gegevens.
Nee. TaakFlow deelt geen gegevens met derden. Er worden geen analyticstools, advertentienetwerken of externe diensten van derden gebruikt. De app bevat geen SDKs van derden zoals Firebase, Crashlytics of vergelijkbare diensten.
Jouw gegevens worden nooit verkocht, verhuurd of op enige andere wijze ter beschikking gesteld aan andere partijen.
TaakFlow kan lokale pushnotificaties sturen om je te herinneren aan taken en deadlines. Deze notificaties worden volledig lokaal gepland via iOS en vereisen geen verbinding met een externe notificatieservice.
Bij het eerste gebruik zal iOS jou vragen of je notificaties van TaakFlow wilt ontvangen. Je kunt deze toestemming op elk moment intrekken of opnieuw inschakelen via de iOS-instellingen onder Instellingen → Meldingen → TaakFlow.
Er worden geen persoonsgegevens verwerkt in het kader van notificaties.
Omdat alle gegevens uitsluitend lokaal op jouw toestel worden opgeslagen, is de beveiliging van jouw data afhankelijk van de beveiligingsmaatregelen van jouw iOS-toestel (zoals toegangscode, Face ID of Touch ID).
Wij als ontwikkelaar hebben op geen enkel moment toegang tot jouw persoonlijke gegevens. Er vindt geen datatransmissie plaats, waardoor datalekken via externe servers structureel onmogelijk zijn.
In het kader van de Europese privacywetgeving (AVG / GDPR) heb je als gebruiker het recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van jouw gegevens.

All data you enter in the app — such as tasks, projects, tags, and check-ins — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple SwiftData. No data is sent to external servers, cloud storage, or third-party databases.
The app allows you to optionally set your name. This name is stored locally only via iOS UserDefaults and is never transmitted, shared, or processed outside your device in any way.
